If you are still using Patient Access you can continue to do so, but would encourage changing to the NHS service above.
Please note, we only permit repeat prescriptions to be requested over the phone by those registered as housebound. All other patients must either request repeat prescriptions online or by dropping a request into the box located at the reception desk. This results in a faster turnaround for your prescription.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions
Prescriptions are paid for by the patient, except in specific circumstances. The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount. A prescription prepayment certificates (PPC) can offer savings for those who need extensive medication.
These charges apply in England only. In Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales prescriptions are free of charge.
- Prescription (per item): £9.35
- 12-month prepayment certificate (PPC): £108.10
- 3-month PPC: £30.25
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months, or more than 15 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC.
